A double post. We read in the press that VoxMobile will no longer be. By next week it will be rebranded into Orange. What this change will bring to consumer, no one knows, only time will tell (or their press conference due next week). But I guess the worldwide Orange know-how will stir the small luxembourgish market up a bit and maybe become a serious challenger to other providers.

My dream Homescreen

This is just a concept homescreen….but damned I wish it will eventually show-up (even in cydia)

From the authors, teehan + lax:

“Here’s how we might design a new home screen. […] You can see from the screens it’s essentially just a scrollable list of applications and notifications. Last night I was out for dinner (Schluegthaus in Bridel, excellent place btw) with some friends and we started wondering: where the f… is the Dropbox app we are so eager to put our fingers on? I mean the app has been sent to the appstore simultanously with the Facebook app, and Facebook already has had 2 updates in the mean time, yet, no news about our dropdox :-/

Apparently there is no mention on Apple’s site of Tango being an official reseller. So either Apple didn’t update their site yet (the deal has been announced officially 3 weeks ago, so they had plenty of time) or Tango is bluffing.
